One of the greatest purchases ever.

For anyone who loves a deep massage this is a must. It really works out the kinks. Do not buy this if you like a barely there neck rub this is a serious work out the knots kind of machine!

Neck massager w Heat

Little akward to use the straps. It does provide relief of my neck aches and low back.Overall it's a good machine....but it could use some improvements, especially with the instructions and the heating function does not heat the 4 fingers.

It does the job. Really I don’t know why some time stop even when is been changing. I know it’s has a time to stop but some times stop without knowing. I don’t know if is something is wrong

This is amazing massager and you can use anywhere on the body not just neck and shoulders. The straps can be adjustable and you can take cover off to clean it which is very convenient. It also heats up to help with sore areas.
